According to accident data from various industries in the United States, a total of 5,559 employee-related accidents in the United States in 2003 killed about 1% of the deaths in the mining industry, which was lower than those in the construction, agriculture, forestry, fishing and manufacturing industries. Mining is a very safe industry in the United States, but a high-risk industry in our country. The death toll from mining accidents in the United States is nearly a thousand times that of the United States. Why is there such a completely different situation? We can find out the answers from the U.S. experience in the field of mining safety and get enlightenment.
