本文用溶解度法和Ag浴等Sn活度法分别对Fe-C-Sn溶液进行了研究,测得1300~1500℃范围内锡与碳的相互作用系数与温度的关系:e_C~(Sn)=-194/T+0.151;1550℃时铁液中锡与碳的一阶、二阶相互作用系数:e_C~(Sn)=0.016;γ_(Sn)_C=0.0。用钼密封反应室气-液平衡法研究了1300~1400℃范围内Fe-C-Pb溶液的热力学性质,测得碳与铅的一阶、二阶相互作用系数与温度的关系:e_(Pb)~C=-2236/T+1.549;γ_(Pb)~C=605/T-0.523。用石墨坩埚石英管真空密封装置,气-液平衡法对Fe-C_(sat)-Pb-Ce溶液进行了研究,测得1300℃时铈与铅的相互作用系数:e_(Pb)~(Ce)=-3.56。
In this paper, the Fe-C-Sn solution has been studied respectively by the solubility method and the Sn activity method such as Ag bath. The relationship between the interaction coefficient of tin and carbon in the range of 1300 ~ 1500 ℃ and the temperature is obtained: e_C ~ (Sn) = -194 / T + 0.151; First-order and second-order interaction coefficients of tin and carbon in molten iron at 1550 ℃: e_C ~ (Sn) = 0.016; γ_ (Sn) _C = 0.0. The thermodynamic properties of the Fe-C-Pb solution in the temperature range of 1300 ~ 1400 ℃ were studied by the gas-liquid equilibrium method with molybdenum sealed reaction chamber. The relationship between the first-order and second-order interaction coefficients of carbon and lead and temperature was obtained: ) ~ C = -2236 / T + 1.549; γ_ (Pb) ~ C = 605 / T-0.523. The Fe-C sat -Pb-Ce solution was studied by means of graphite crucible quartz tube vacuum sealing device and gas-liquid equilibrium method. The interaction coefficients of cerium with lead at 1300 ℃ were obtained: e Pb Pb ) = - 3.56.
