The ultimate moral standard is a system of moral standards composed of several standards: a general standard and two sub-standards. The total standard is the ultimate moral standard that should be followed in any case: increase or decrease the total amount of interest for each individual. Sub-criteria: (1) The ultimate moral standard that does not conflict with one another’s interests and that is, the so-called Pareto standard, which increases the total amount of interest harmlessly; (2) conflicts in the interests of the people Ultimately, the ultimate moral standard, the net balance of maximum benefits, can not be compared to the standard of “best interest of the greatest majority”.
