人体血液pH值的极限,一般认为在6.8~7.8之间,超出此范图则难以生存。我们遇见1例重症肌无力并发急性呼吸性碱中毒者,动脉血pH值高达7.932,患者尚能耐受,且临床无特殊症状,现报告如下。患者女性,29岁,工人。反复眼睑、吞咽及四肢肌肉无力,新斯的明试验阳性,诊断为重症肌无力1年余。症状加重伴呼吸困难,气管切开7个月,一直使用抗胆碱酯酶药物及呼吸机以IPPV方式通气。为进一步诊治,以简易呼吸器吸入纯氧于1985年3月23日10时30分由他院用担架送入院。查体:T36℃,P64次,Bp96/60。发育正常,营养差,神清,表情呆
