本文报告从台湾进境的食用牛蛙中多次检出霍乱弧菌，其中Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌６批次，非Ｏ１和非Ｏ１３９群霍乱弧菌２批次。经血清学和噬菌体试验确定这些Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌均为稻叶型非流行株。动物实验表明这些菌株对小鼠有较强的致病力和致死率。
This paper reports that Vibrio cholerae were detected several times in imported food bullfrogs entering Taiwan, including 6 batches of Vibrio cholera O1, 2 batches of Vibrio cholerae other than O1 and non-O139 cholera. Serological and bacteriophage tests confirmed that these O1 group of V. cholerae were all non-epidemic strains of rice leaf. Animal experiments show that these strains have strong virulence and lethality in mice.
