为了观察不同微量营养素干预对急性缺氧能量代谢的影响,用大鼠48只,随机分为6组:平原对照组(组Ⅰ);高原对照组(组Ⅱ);5倍VE需要量组(组Ⅲ);3倍VB1、VB2、VPP需要量组(组Ⅳ);3倍微量元素需要量组(组Ⅴ);微量元素+VB1、VB2、VPP+酸枣仁组(组Ⅵ)。各组动物用上述饲料喂养2周后,除平原对照组外,其他各组减压至6000m模拟高度停留8小时。结果表明,组Ⅲ和组Ⅳ能使血中乳酸、L/P比值下降,心、脑组织呼吸酶活性升高,血中ATP合成较对照组明显增加。组Ⅵ结果和组Ⅳ相似,而且组Ⅴ不能降低血中乳酸含量,不能明显改善能量代谢。
In order to observe the effects of different micronutrient interventions on the energy metabolism of acute hypoxia, 48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group (group Ⅰ), plateau control group (group Ⅱ), group of 5 times VE requirement Group Ⅲ); 3 times of VB1, VB2, VPP required group (group Ⅳ); 3 times of trace element required group (group Ⅴ); trace elements + VB1, VB2, VPP + Zaoren group (group Ⅵ). The results showed that group Ⅲ and Ⅳ could decrease the ratio of Lactate and L / P in blood, increase the respiration enzyme activity in heart and brain, and increase the synthesis of ATP in blood. Group Ⅵ results and group Ⅳ similar, and group Ⅴ can not reduce blood lactic acid content, can not significantly improve energy metabolism.
