目的 为定量分析中药山茱萸的质量提供有效手段。方法 采用反相HPLC法对不同加工方法及药用部位山茱萸中马钱素的含量进行测定。固定相为YWGC18色谱柱 ,4.6 (i.d .)× 2 5 0mm ;流动相为甲醇 -水 (30∶70 ) ;检测波长为 2 36nm。结果 中药山茱萸马钱素含量为 0 .0 9%~ 1.0 3%。结论 可作为中药山茱萸质量控制的定量分析方法 ,对加强中药山茱萸的标准化研究具有重要意义。
Objective To provide an effective means for quantitative analysis of the quality of Chinese medicine hawthorn. Methods Reversed-phase HPLC method was used to determine the content of loganin in Hawthorn in different processing methods and medicinal sites. The stationary phase was a YWGC18 column, 4.6 (i.d.) × 250 mm; the mobile phase was methanol-water (30:70); the detection wavelength was 236 nm. Results The content of loganin in Chinese herbal medicine was between 0.09% and 1.03%. Conclusion As a quantitative analysis method for quality control of Chinese medicinal hawthorn, it is of great significance to strengthen the standardization research of Hawthorn.
