根据430不锈钢在轧制时的板形特点,分析了该钢种的板形现状。通过对430板形控制的研究,优化板形设定模型,增加新的板形自学习模块;从对设定PC角进行学习改为对实际PC角进行学习,提高了设定精度。改变轧辊初始凸度现状,优化轧辊的初始辊型,降低PC角的设定值,减少了PC轧机中心线偏移;同时加上合适的板形反馈控制模型,调整板形反馈模型的增益参数,使430板形得到了很好的控制,从而控制了430的塔形。
Based on the plate shape of 430 stainless steel during rolling, the plate shape of the steel was analyzed. Through the research of the plate shape control of 430, the plate shape setting model is optimized and a new self-learning plate shape is added. Learning from setting PC angle to learning the actual PC angle improves the setting accuracy. Changing initial roll crown status, optimizing roll initial roll shape, lowering PC angle setting value and reducing centerline offset of PC rolling mill. At the same time, a suitable flatness feedback control model is added to adjust the gain parameter of flatness feedback model , So 430 plate shape has been well controlled, thereby controlling the 430 tower.
