用免疫组化双重染色法在光镜下观察了人和大鼠胃窦粘膜层降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性结构和D细胞间的形态联系.先用DAB为显色剂显示降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应.然后用TMB-钨酸钠法显示生长抑素免疫反应.结果发现人和大鼠胃窦粘膜中部分降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性的内分泌细胞或阳性神经纤维与生长抑素免疫反应阳性细胞(D细胞)紧密相邻或接触.结果提示:存在于胃窦粘膜内分泌细胞成神经纤维中的降钙素基因相关肽可能通过旁分泌或神经内分泌途径调节D细胞生长抑素的释放.
Immunohistochemical double staining method was used to observe the morphological relationship between CGRP-positive immunoreactive structures and D cells in the antral mucosa of human and rat under the light microscope.DAB Gene-related peptide immunoreaction, and then somatostatin immunoreactivity was detected by TMB-sodium tungstate method.It was found that the endocrine cells or positive nerve fibers positive for some calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreactions in the gastric antral mucosa of human and rat, (D cells) closely adjacent or in contact with each other.The results suggest that calcitonin gene-related peptide present in nerve fibers of endocrine cells of the gastric antral mucosa may regulate the growth of D cells through paracrine or neuroendocrine pathways The release of prime.
