目的:研究在护理服务质量持续发展的推进中使用护理研究成果的价值。方法:对温岭市第一人民医院护士服务礼仪的培训工作在相关论文及资料的基础上进行逐步完善,以其他医院编写的礼仪服务用书及制作视频作为借鉴。在实施两年之后对护士礼仪服务示范基地及护士服务质量监测系统进行建立,改善护理人员的培训模式,以此来使护理服务质量的持续发展得到一定程度的推进。结果:随机选取2012年及2015年在温岭市第一人民医院进行治疗的患者各100例,调查其护理满意度分别为93%与98%,有了明显的升高。结论:通过不断推广及完善护理研究成果,能够推进护理服务质量的持续发展及患者的护理满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the value of using the results of nursing research in advancing the sustainable development of nursing service quality. Methods: The first People’s Hospital of Wenling nurses training etiquette in the relevant papers and information on the basis of gradual improvement to other hospitals to write etiquette books and video services as a reference. After two years of implementation, we established nurses ’etiquette service demonstration bases and nurses quality of service monitoring system and improved nurses’ training mode so as to promote the continuous development of nursing service quality to a certain extent. Results: A total of 100 patients were selected randomly from Wenling First People’s Hospital in 2012 and 2015 respectively. The satisfaction rate of nursing care was 93% and 98% respectively, with a significant increase. Conclusion: Through the continuous promotion and improvement of nursing research results, we can promote the continuous development of nursing service quality and patient satisfaction with nursing.
