目的:提取柴胡果实精油并分析其化学组成。方法:采用超临界流体萃取技术(SupercriticalFluidExtraction ,简称SFE)提取柴胡果实的精油,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC -MS)分析和鉴定其化学成分。结果:精油的提取率为6. 60 % (V/W) ,确定了73个化合物。结论:首次采用超临界萃取法从柴胡果实中提取精油,精油的提取率是柴胡根的3倍多,亚油酸、鲸蜡醇乙酸酯、亚油酸乙酯、(-)石竹烯氧化物的相对含量分别为3 4.85 %、16 .63 %、2 . 64 %、1. 81% ,植醇、鲸蜡醇乙酸酯、亚油酸乙酯、(-) -石竹烯氧化物为首次从该属植物中发现。
Objective: To extract essential oil of Bupleurum chinense fruit and analyze its chemical composition. Methods: The essential oil of Bupleurum chinense fruit was extracted by Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: The extraction rate of essential oil was 6.60% (V/W), and 73 compounds were identified. Conclusion: The essential oil was extracted from the Radix Bupleuri fruit by supercritical fluid extraction for the first time. The extraction rate of essential oil was more than three times that of Radix Bupleurum root, linoleic acid, cetyl acetate, ethyl linoleate, (-) carnation. The relative contents of olefin oxides were 3 4.85 %, 16.63 %, 264 %, 1.81 %, respectively. The phytol, cetyl acetate, ethyl linoleate, (-)-caryophyllene oxidation The material was first discovered from this genus.
