通过对危害云南富民杨梅的拟果蝇(D.simulans)室内饲养,研究了其世代历期、成虫产卵规律和产卵量。结果表明:①在室内T=19.0~25.2℃、Rh=67.4%~84.7%条件下,拟果蝇(D.simulans)卵历期为0.7 d,幼虫历期为4 d,蛹历期为4.9 d,单个成虫饲养,历期为3.9 d,世代历期为13.5 d。②在室内T=19.0~25.5℃,Rh=55.2%~82.3%条件下,配对饲养成虫寿命为46.3d,是单个成虫饲养寿命的11.9倍;一对成虫有效产卵量为735.2粒。③成虫羽化后1~2 d开始产卵,产卵期间,共有3次产卵高峰,卵量分别为47.6粒、50.2粒、43.8粒;羽化后2~17 d内的产卵量为整个生育期产卵量的52.2%。
Through the indoor rearing of D.simulans, which is endangering the waxberry populations in Yunnan Province, the generational duration, the oviposition behavior and the number of eggs laid by adults were studied. The results showed that: ①In the laboratory, the egg period of D.simulans was 0.7 d at T = 19.0 ~ 25.2 ℃ and Rh = 67.4% ~ 84.7%, the larvae duration was 4 days and the pupal period was 4.9 d, a single adult feeding, the duration of 3.9 d, the generation period of 13.5 d. ② Under the condition of T = 19.0 ~ 25.5 ℃ and Rh = 55.2% ~ 82.3%, the longevity of mating adults was 46.3 days, which was 11.9 times of that of a single adult. The effective fecundity of one adult was 735.2. (3) The adult spawned 1 ~ 2 d after emergence, and there were 3 spawning peaks during the spawning period, with the numbers of eggs of 47.6, 50.2 and 43.8, respectively. The number of spawning within 2 ~ 17 d after emergence was 52.2% of oviposition period.
