目的探讨中心医院野战医疗队卫勤训练中存在的问题及对策。方法对作者医院野战医疗队训练中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关解决方案及设想。结果野战医疗队存在问题包括卫生战备意识淡漠、参训动力不足,工训矛盾突出,卫勤专业人才缺乏,军医实战经验少、战伤救治水平不高,驻训模式陈旧等,并提出了革新抽组、科学组训、增加训练经费等方案。结论科学组训中心医院野战医疗队,提高野战医疗队实际运用能力,从而增强其整体保障能力。 Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures in medical training of field medical team in central hospital. Methods The author analyzes the problems existing in the field hospital medical team training and puts forward some solutions and ideas. Results Field medical team problems include indifference in health readiness, lack of motivation for participation in training, prominent contradiction between work-training and training, lack of professional medical personnel, little practical combat experience of the military, low level of medical treatment and treatment, outdated training mode, etc., and put forward innovations Pumping group, science group training, increase training funds and other programs.
