目的：为了有效做好口腔科诊疗器械的消毒与灭菌，不断加强科室医务人员对医院感染工作重要性的认识，更好的预防和控制医院感染。方法：从医务人员手卫生规范、使用中的消毒剂、诊室环境设置、器械清洗消毒流程等方面开展具体工作。结果：逐渐提高口腔科诊疗器械消毒、灭菌的质量，规范口腔科的医院感染管理工作，减少交叉感染，保证医疗安全。结论：口腔科的医院感染管理工作应符合《消毒技术规范》《医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范》《清洗消毒及灭菌效果监测标准》的要求。“,”Objectives To make the dental medical instruments sterilize and sanitize effectively, and increasing the recognition of the importance of hospital infection, getting better prevent and control hospital infection.MethodsFrom the hand hygiene norms, disinfectants in use, consulting room environment setting, and equipments cleaning and disinfection process to carry out the work.ResultsGradually improve the quality of dental medical instruments sterilization and sanitization, standard the dental hospital infection management, reduce the cross infection and guarantee medical safety.ConclusionsDental hospital infection management work shall conform to “technical standard for disinfection”,“Medical dental equipment disinfection technology standard operation”,“Cleaning and disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring standard”.
