本文研究苯并(a)芘(B[a]P)对发育鸡胚的毒效应。将白色莱亨鸡蛋置于38℃和60~65%相对湿度的孵卵器中。处理前将全部蛋对光检查,仅选重55~60 g、具有活胚胎的受精卵用于本研究。每组用蛋40只。于孵化的第4~9天,向发育的胚胎的卵黄囊中,无菌注射溶于20μl花生油的5、50和100μg/蛋剂量的B[a]P,对照组注射20μl花生油。孵育20天后,破壳检查雏鸡的存活和异常。
This article studies the toxic effect of benzo (a) pyrene (B [a] P) on developing chicken embryos. White Leheng eggs were placed in an incubator at 38 ° C and 60-65% relative humidity.
