婴儿坏疽性皮炎误诊为流行性脑脊髓膜炎者极少见,现报告3例。例1:女,1岁半。因发热3天,皮肤淤斑误诊为流脑入院。查体:T37.2℃,P 170次/min,R31次/min。神志清,营养差,嗜睡状态,右胸前及腰背部可见大片不规则淤斑,波及范围约30cm×20cm 暗紫色,呈花斑状,斑内有数个脓疱,周围皮肤明显水肿。前囟门已闭,颈软,心率170次/min,律整,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,肺部正常,腹软,肝脾未触及。实验室检查:血 Infantile gangrenous dermatitis misdiagnosed as epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis are rare, are reported in 3 cases.
