为了研究类胡萝卜素及其降解产物对烟叶香气特性的影响,以河南2011-2013年的165份烟叶样品为材料,采用逐步回归、偏相关分析和通径分析对烤烟类胡萝卜素及其降解产物与香气特性(香气质和香气量)的关系进行研究。结果表明:1β-大马酮和巨豆三烯酮2与香气质呈极显著正相关且正面影响较大,类胡萝卜素与香气量呈极显著正相关且正面影响较大。2通过逐步回归分析建立了香气特性指标与类胡萝卜素及其降解产物的最优回归方程,可以利用回归方程来预测香气指标。
In order to study the effect of carotenoids and their degradation products on the aroma properties of tobacco leaves, 165 tobacco leaf samples from 2011 to 2013 in Henan were used as materials to analyze the effects of carotenoids and their degradation products on tobacco leaf by stepwise regression, partial correlation analysis and path analysis And aroma characteristics (aroma quality and aroma) of the relationship between the study. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between 1β-damascenone and megastigmatrienone 2 and the aroma quality. The carotenoids had a significant positive correlation with the aroma and a positive positive effect. Through the stepwise regression analysis, the optimal regression equation of the aroma characteristic index and the carotenoid and its degradation products was established, and the regression equation can be used to predict the aroma index.
