为了更简洁明了地评价城市路网服务水平,避免在传统评价方法中所需的繁杂过程,因此尝试对路网服务水平确定方法进行改进。引入基于路网服务水平的容量基本模型,进一步考虑时间和空间对资源的影响,以此为基础对容量模型进行改进。用改进后的模型,结合城市的交通需求比例情况,计算得到在各等级服务水平下各等级道路对应的车速范围。结合城市道路的实际车速运行状况,确定道路网的现状服务水平。最后结合某一城市的道路网实例,使用传统容量判断方法与车速范围模型分别对同一路网的服务水平进行评价,并将2种方法评价的效果进行对比。通过实例表明,车速范围模型能对道路网服务水平作出准确的评价,而且计算过程较传统方法更简洁明了。
In order to evaluate the service level of urban road network more succinctly and to avoid the complicated process required in the traditional evaluation method, attempts are made to improve the method of determining the service level of the road network. The basic model of capacity based on the level of road network service is introduced to further consider the impact of time and space on resources. Based on this, the capacity model is improved. With the improved model, combined with the proportion of urban traffic demand, calculate the level of service level of the corresponding road speed range of roads. Combined with the actual speed of urban roads running conditions, to determine the status of the road network service level. Finally, combining the example of a city road network, using the traditional capacity judgment method and the vehicle speed range model to evaluate the service level of the same road network respectively, and compares the results of the two methods. The examples show that the vehicle speed range model can accurately evaluate the service level of the road network, and the calculation process is more concise than the traditional method.
