分子生物学技术在生药学中应用研究方兴未艾。综述了 DNA分子遗传标记技术在近缘易混淆生药鉴定、药材道地性研究、中药质量标准化、中医药古迹考证、药材种子种苗检测等方面的研究进展 ,并提出一些值得注意的问题以及今后可能的发展方向 Research on the application of molecular biology technology in pharmacognosy is in the ascendant. This paper reviews the progress of DNA molecular genetic markers in the identification of confusing crude drug in close relatives, authenticity of medicinal herbs, standardization of Chinese herbal medicine quality, research on ancient Chinese medicine and historical sites, and seed seedling testing of medicinal herbs, and raises some issues worth noting and the future.
