上消化道出血是临床常见急症之一 ,准确地判定出血原因对预后有重要意义。急诊胃镜作为上消化道出血诊断的首选、有效的方法 ,其应用越来越广泛。我院自 1980～ 1999年 2 0年间 ,对 36 7例青年人上消化道出血患者在 2 4～ 48ｈ内行急诊胃镜检查 ,确诊率 92 3% ,现报道如下。1 Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the common clinical emergency, accurately determine the cause of bleeding is of great significance to the prognosis. Emergency gastroscopy as the first choice of upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosis, effective method, its application is more and more widely. Our hospital from 1980 to 1999 20 years, 367 cases of young people with upper gastrointestinal bleeding within 24-48 hours emergency gastroscopy, the diagnosis rate of 92.3%, are reported below. 1
