[目的]了解普通环境下饲养小鼠体内外寄生虫的感染情况。[方法]按国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《实验动物寄生虫学检测方法》进行。[结果]80只小鼠检获寄生虫4种,检出率为63.8%。[结论]表明普通环境下饲养的小鼠寄生虫污染普遍,必须进行内外环境的消毒处理,加强饲养管理。+ [Objective] To understand the infection of parasites inside and outside the feeding mice in common environment. [Method] According to the “Laboratory Animal Parasitology Test Method” promulgated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. [Result] Four kinds of parasites were detected in 80 mice, the detection rate was 63.8%. [Conclusion] The results showed that the parasites of mice raised in common environment were generally polluted and disinfection treatment of internal and external environment had to be carried out to strengthen feeding and management. +
