目的 :观察复明颗粒剂 (龙胆、川柏、忍冬、连翘等 )对鼠非特异性炎症及免疫性炎症的影响。方法 :采用小鼠耳壳炎模型 ,大鼠足肿胀和棉球肉芽组织增生方法去研究复明颗粒剂的作用。小鼠血中碳末廓清率 ,体液免疫及T细胞和其亚群也参与实验。结果 :复明颗粒剂能显著抑致二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳炎症和蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀 ,并可减轻大鼠棉球肉芽组织的湿重与干重 ,明显提高小鼠对碳末廓清指数k值和吞噬指数α值 ,还可提高小鼠细胞免疫功能 ,而对小鼠体液免疫功能无明显影响。结论 :复明颗粒剂具有明显抗炎作用
Objective: To observe the effects of Fuming granules (Gentiana, Chuanbai, Lonicera, Forsythia, etc.) on non-specific inflammation and immune inflammation in rats. METHODS: The effect of Fuming granules was studied by using mouse otojammitis model, rat paw swelling and cotton ball granulation tissue hyperplasia. The rate of carbon monoxide clearance in mice, humoral immunity and T cells and their subpopulations were also involved in the experiment. RESULTS: Fuming granules can significantly inhibit xylene-induced inflammation of the ear shell and rat foot swelling caused by egg white, and can reduce the wet weight and dry weight of rat’s cotton ball granulation tissue, and significantly increase mice’s carbon end The clear index k value and the phagocytic index α value can also improve the cellular immune function in mice, but no significant effect on the humoral immune function of mice. Conclusion : Fuming granules have obvious anti-inflammatory effect
