风是影响航天发射塔回转平台展开合拢能力的主要因素。利用风对结构作用基本原理计算了航天发射塔回转平台展开合拢过程中最大允许风速值,利用自然风荷载对航天发射塔回转平台进行了相应的展开/合拢试验。在此基础上,通过对理论计算结果与试验结果的对比分析,讨论了回转平台展开合拢过程的最大允许风荷载值,风向对展开合拢过程的影响等问题。实际试验验证了理论分析结果的正确性和合理性。
Wind is the main factor that affects the ability of the launch tower to turn around. The maximum allowable wind speed during the closing process of the aerocraft launch tower was calculated by using the basic principle of the wind on the structure. The natural wind load was used to expand / collapse the aerocraft launch platform. On this basis, by comparing the theoretical calculation results with the experimental results, the maximum allowable wind load value of the folding platform during the folding process and the influence of the wind direction on the folding process are discussed. The actual test verifies the correctness and rationality of the theoretical analysis.
