随着大型电解槽的不断开发和运用,对预焙阳极的质量提出了更高的要求,而成型工序是影响阳极质量的一个重要环节。本文主要针对铝用阳极在电解过程中的使用情况,浅谈糊料强力冷却技术和设备在间断混捏生产阳极中的探索与应用,对间断混捏(混捏锅)的传统糊料冷却方式进行了技术改进,改进后糊料的冷却温度可以提高30℃以上,为糊料混捏温度提升至180~190℃创造了条件。成功解决了阳极成型工序中必须高温混捏,低温成型的矛盾,而且使沥青浸润焦炭颗粒的效果更好,混捏质量得到进一步提高,使阳极生块的致密性与均质性均得到稳定的提高,从而整体提高了预焙阳极的质量。
