中国科學院工学实验馆应用比色分析法,以钛黄作试劑测定铸铁中的含鎂量,已经试验成功了。採用这种方法,雖然还不能省略干擾元素的初步分離手續,然而因为取样少,手续簡單,所以分析一个样品,只要5小時就可以完成。比用硫酸鹽沉澱法,時間可以節省4倍以上。而且比色法的平均比較誤差只有0.002%,可以满足分析上的要求。铸铁中鎂的比色分析法,是根据氢氧化镁的强堿性(NaOH)溶液中,能使钛黄變成红色或橘红色,再以澱
Laboratory of Chemical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the use of colorimetric analysis of titanium as a reagent for the determination of magnesium in cast iron has been tested successfully. With this method, although it is not possible to omit the preliminary separation procedure of interfering elements, it is possible to analyze one sample in as little as five hours because of less sampling and simple procedures.
