五种生长因子mRNA在兔角膜中的表达

目的了解EGF、TGF -α、bFGF、TGF - β1和PDGF在兔角膜上皮和基质中的表达情况 ,探讨其在角膜伤口愈合中的作用。 方法应用原位核酸分子杂交方法检测兔角膜上皮和基质中EGF、TGF -α、bFGF、TGF - β1和PDGFmRNA的表达。 结果EGF、TGF -α和PDGFmRNA仅在正常角膜上皮细胞层表达 ,基质中未见表达 ;bFGF和TGF - β1mRNA在正常角膜上皮和基质中均有表达。 结论角膜能合成和分泌EGF、TGF -α、bFGF、TGF- β1和PDGF ,且共同调节着角膜伤口的愈合。 Objective To investigate the expression of EGF, TGF - α, bFGF, TGF - β1 and PDGF in rabbit corneal epithelium and stroma, and to explore their roles in corneal wound healing. Methods The expression of EGF, TGF - α, bFGF, TGF - β1 and PDGFmRNA in rabbit corneal epithelium and stroma was detected by in situ hybridization in situ hybridization. Results EGF, TGF - α and PDGF mRNA were only expressed in normal corneal epithelial cells but not in stroma. Both bFGF and TGF - β1 mRNA were expressed in normal corneal epithelium and stroma. Conclusion The cornea can synthesize and secrete EGF, TGF-α, bFGF, TGF-β1 and PDGF, and together regulate the healing of corneal wound.
