中国海关管理干部学院作为较早在公务员培训中安排拓展训练课程的干部培训学院,在过往的培训过程中,拓展训练课程受到了学员的普遍欢迎,在海关系统内部形成了培训品牌。为了近一步了解学员对学院拓展训练课程的满意程度,吸纳学员建设性的意见和建议,改进和提高学院拓展训练课程质量,对在学院进行培训的学员开展了拓展训练课程满意度问卷调查。调查结果认为:学员对于学院的拓展训练课程效果总体上是满意的;课程对于学员是有影响的;使学员对团队的作用有了更加深刻的认识;学员喜欢带队教师的引导风格;对学院场地环境也是比较认可的,但认为需要进一步改善;男女学员对团队作用的理解存在差异;学员是否参加过拓展训练对带队教师的引导风格喜欢程度存在差异;年龄差异对拓展训练的满意度不存在差异;通过课程,学员对拓展训练课程的作用有了深刻的认识,让学员体会到了在团队中树立领导核心的重要性,并且要懂得运筹帷幄、注重细节。
As a cadre training college which has earlier arranged training courses in the training of civil servants, China Customs School of Management has been widely welcomed by trainees in the past training process and has formed a training brand within the customs system. In order to further understand the students’ satisfaction with the course of college extension training, to absorb the constructive comments and suggestions of the students, to improve and enhance the quality of the college’s extension training courses, questionnaires on the satisfaction degree of the training courses are carried out for the students trained at the college. The survey results show that the trainees are generally satisfied with the effect of the college’s extension training course; the courses have an impact on the trainees; the trainees have a deeper understanding of the role of the team; the trainees like to lead the leading style of the teachers; The venue environment is also more acceptable, but it is considered that there is a need for further improvement. There is a difference in the understanding of team roles between male and female students. There is a difference in the extent to which students lead the expansion of teachers’ induction style. There are differences. Through the course, trainees have a profound understanding of the role of expanding training courses so that trainees can understand the importance of establishing a leadership core in a team. They also need to know how to strategize and pay attention to detail.
