径向轴承在机车上应用极为普遍, 但对应用于增压器中的径向轴承,由于工况恶劣所以对其本身的质量要求很高外,还要求能正确的使用。二者缺一都不可,不然必定在使用中会发生故障。目前增压器中径向轴承的使用量,全路每年在15000个左右,也是增压器中频繁发生故障的配件之一。以2005年为例,上海铁路局由径向轴承引起的故障达十余起之多。本文以在 DF_4、DF_7、DF_(8B)等内燃机车上,增压器中发生的两个径向轴承故障为例。在故障分析的基础上,对径向轴承的材质及某些工作原理及安装作一些简介。 1 径向轴承的失效分析 1.1 油楔装反的径向轴承
Radial bearings are very common in locomotive applications, but radial bearings used in turbochargers have high demands on their own quality due to poor working conditions and require correct use. Neither one of the two can not, otherwise it will be in use will be a failure. On the basis of fault analysis, some brief introduction about the material of radial bearing and some working principle and installation are given.
