本文以缝纫机行业急需的“多点测量装置”为应用实例,叙述了一个单板微型计算机自动检测控制系统。根据“巡回检测”原理,我们利用一台单板微型计算机作为智能工具,用10个感应同步器测头为传感器,而用一台感应同步器数显表作为“模一数转换器”,配上微型打印机,研制了一个可以实现多点测量的计算机自动检测控制系统,大大提高了性能/价格比。经过反复模拟试验,以及联机进行实测,证明系统的原理正确、操作方便、测量准确、稳定可靠。本微机检测控制系统在其它机械零部件的自动检测以及自动线的适应补偿等方面,均具有很大的通用性,便于推广应用。
