目的 探讨化疗药物对机体免疫系统是否存在不同程度的抑制作用。方法 32例恶性实体肿瘤患者 1个周期化疗前后分别对细胞因子 :IL 2、IL 18、TNF α进行了测定。结果 IL 2、I 18在化疗前后变化不显著 ,P>0 0 5。而TNF α在化疗后期有明显下降 ,P <0 0 5。结论 机体的细胞免疫系统在化疗药物细胞毒性物质作用下能够发挥较强的自我调节能力 ,维持自身水平于一定的稳定状态 ,以发挥免疫系统自身的各种功能
Objective To investigate whether chemotherapy drugs have different degrees of inhibition on immune system. Methods The cytokines IL 2, IL 18 and TNF α were determined in 32 patients with malignant solid tumors before and after one cycle of chemotherapy. Results IL 2 and I 18 did not change significantly before and after chemotherapy, P> 0.05. However, TNFα decreased significantly in the later period of chemotherapy, P <0.05. Conclusion The cellular immune system of the body can exert strong self-regulation ability under the action of cytotoxic substances of chemotherapeutic drugs to maintain its own level in a stable state to exert various functions of the immune system itself
