液压制动系统是提升机的关键配套设备,是矿井提升机安全运行的根本保证。其液压站的运行性能和安全保护直接影响到设备和人身安全;因此,提升机液压站电气保护的改进设计迫在眉睫。1需改进的问题(1)提升机运行中,液压泵电动机发生异常跳停时,制动油压瞬间降为零,对机械和钢丝绳造成冲击;(2)二级制动实现过程中,如果制动失效会造成提升机滑绳或错向;
Hydraulic brake system is the key supporting equipment for hoist, which is the fundamental guarantee for the safe operation of mine hoist. The operation performance and safety protection of the hydraulic station directly affect the equipment and personal safety; therefore, it is imminent to improve the electrical protection of the hoist hydraulic station. A problem to be improved (1) hoist operation, hydraulic pump motor abnormal stop, the brake oil pressure instantly dropped to zero, the impact on machinery and wire rope; (2) two brake implementation process, if Braking failure will cause the elevator slip or wrong;
