目的 :评价复方福尔可定糖浆止咳、祛痰治疗的效果和安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲对照试验方法 ,治疗组 3 0例 ,给予复方福尔可定 ;对照组 2 8例 ,给予联邦止咳露 ;两药剂量均每次 10～ 15mL ,tid,疗程 3～ 7d。结果 :复方福尔可定糖浆止咳的临床控制和显效率 60 .0 % ,祛痰的临床控制和显效率 4 8.2 % ,与联邦止咳露相比疗效差异无显著性。结论 :复方福尔可定糖浆进行止咳、祛痰治疗是有效和安全的。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fufang Que Decoction in treating cough and expectorant. Methods: A randomized, double-blind controlled trial was conducted in 30 patients in the treatment group and Fufangkeng in the control group. In the control group, 28 patients in the control group were given cough syrup. The dosage of both drugs was 10-15mL, tid, for 3-7 days . Results: The clinical control and effective rate of Compound Fuer Ke given syrup cough and cough were 60.0%, the clinical control and effective rate of expectorant were 42.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Compound Fuerkeitang syrup for cough, expectorant treatment is effective and safe.
