研究了废旧橡胶粉干法加入微表处混合料的方法,通过系列室内试验对比分析了橡胶粉微表处和普通微表处的水稳定性、抗磨耗性和抗车辙变形性能,评价了废旧橡胶粉掺量对微表处性能的影响,并就所采用橡胶粉的掺量提出了合理的建议。试验结果表明,在微表处混合料中添加废旧橡胶粉可以明显改善混合料在成型后期的使用性能,其混合料的黏附性、抗水损害、抗磨性、抗变形和抗低温裂缝等能力均得到了提高。然而,橡胶粉的掺量不宜过大,根据实际工程情况需要把握,应控制在3%以下,改性乳化沥青用量可提高1%左右。
The method of dry adding waste rubber powder to the mixture of micro-surfacing was studied.
