对民族地区公务员退休实施差异化制度是体现民族地区政策倾斜,引导民族地区经济社会发展的重要体现。本文立足于民族地区公务员退休差异化的现状,通过分析对民族地区公务员退休实施差异化的必要性,重点阐述了民族地区退休差异化的调整方向,在此基础上提出相应政策建议。
The implementation of the differentiated system for the retirement of civil servants in ethnic minority areas is an important manifestation of policies that reflect the inclination of ethnic regions and guide the economic and social development in ethnic regions. Based on the status quo of the differentiation of civil servants retirement in minority areas, this paper analyzes the necessity of differentiating civil servants in ethnic minority areas from their retirement, and focuses on the direction of the adjustment of retirement differentiation in ethnic minority areas. Based on this, some policy suggestions are put forward.
