“5.12”汶川大地震严重破坏了四川汶川县、北川县、绵竹市等地的生态环境,同时,由于地震后效应的持续影响,极大地影响到重灾区的社会经济和人民的生产生活。将土地资源承载力划分为土地人口承载力、土地经济承载力、土地生态承载力三个方面,并分别从三个方面分析关键影响因素,进而构建土地资源承载力评价指标体系。在此基础上,以四川省清平镇为例,通过收集“5.12”地震过后清平镇相关数据,从时间维度上构建基于均方差法的土地资源承载力演化模型,并对结果进行分析,从不同角度为灾后规划和灾后重建提供建议。
The Wenchuan earthquake severely damaged the ecological environment in Wenchuan County, Beichuan County and Mianzhu City of Sichuan Province. At the same time, the continuous impact of post-earthquake effects greatly affected the social economy and people’s livelihood in hardest-hit areas . The paper divides the carrying capacity of land resources into three aspects: the carrying capacity of land, the economic carrying capacity of land and the ecological carrying capacity of land, and analyzes the key influencing factors from three aspects respectively, and then constructs the evaluation index system of land carrying capacity. On the basis of this, taking Qingping Town in Sichuan Province as an example, through the collection of relevant data of Qingping Town after the “5.12” earthquake, the evolvement model of land resources carrying capacity based on mean square error method is constructed from the time dimension, and the results are analyzed. From different perspectives for post-disaster planning and post-disaster reconstruction advice.
