应用自行研制的益生菌剂“益生菌Ⅰ”、“益生菌Ⅱ”对鲤鱼进行生产试验,同时设某公司商品鱼饲料、黄霉素、“益畜宝”组为对照。益生菌Ⅰ组与益生菌II组比某公司商品鱼饲料组的鲤分别提高增重10.4%、6.9%,差异极显著。益生菌Ⅰ组提高鲤增重9.6%、16.7%、14.9%,益生菌Ⅱ组提高鲤增重6.4%、13.3%、11.6%。益生菌Ⅰ组与益生菌Ⅱ组分别比某公司商品鱼饲料饵料系数低5.6%、4.1%。研制的微生物饲料添加剂比黄霉素及“益畜宝”更能提高鲤鱼增重,降低饵料系数,增强鲤鱼的活性。
The probiotics “Probiotics Ⅰ” and “Probiotics Ⅱ” which were developed by ourselves were used to test the production of common carp. At the same time, a group of commercial fish feed, flavomycin and “Yizhuobao” were taken as control. Probiotics group Ⅰ and probiotic group II than the company’s commercial fish feed group increased weight gain 10.4%, 6.9%, the difference was significant. The probiotics group Ⅰ increased the weight gain of common carp by 9.6%, 16.7% and 14.9%, and the probiotics Ⅱ group increased the common carp gain by 6.4%, 13.3% and 11.6% respectively. Probiotics group Ⅰ and probiotics Ⅱ group were 5.6%, 4.1% lower than that of a company’s commercial fish feed. Developed microbial feed additives than flavomycin and “Yizhu Po” can increase carp weight gain, reduce feed ration, enhance carp activity.
