目的:本研究旨在编制一套完整的适合中国国情的0~3岁婴幼儿心理发展量表及常模。方法:采用项目分析及经验性筛选等方法建立量表。采用多阶段、分层、不等比例随机整群抽样方法,在全国八个省(市)抽取4200名婴幼儿,制定城、乡两套常模。结果:本量表有238个项目,分运动、言语和社会适应行为三个分量表。常模形式包括量表粗分均数常模、分量表T分常模、心理发展商数。量表信度、效度较好。结论:可用于评定0~3岁婴幼儿心理发展水平。
Aims: This study aims to prepare a complete set of mental development scales and norm for infants and young children aged 0 ~ 3 years suitable for China’s national conditions. Methods: The project analysis and empirical screening methods to establish the scale. Using multistage, stratified, and unequal-proportion random cluster sampling methods, 4,200 infants and young children were drawn from eight provinces (cities) in the country and two norm sets of urban and rural areas were drawn up. Results: The scale has 238 items, divided into three subscales: movement, speech and social adaptation. The form of norm includes scale norm, scale norm, psychological development quotient. Scale reliability, validity is better. Conclusion: It can be used to assess the psychological development of infants and young children aged 0-3 years.
