本文依据预防科学理论,从全民性预防、选择性预防和指定性预防三个层面,探索在学校社会工作发展的初期阶段,中国大陆如何通过引进促进全人正面发展的“共创成长路”青少年培育计划,整合学校目前的德育、心理、班会和家校等元素,发展出一套可行又有效的学校社会工作实务模式。本研究历经三年的行动研究,经过四个阶段的实务探索,从课堂合作的嵌入初探阶段到社工微服务的课堂延伸阶段,再到公益项目支持的立体发展阶段,最后进入驻校社工服务的机制探索阶段。本文从焦点、目标、概念基础、基本理论、案主体系、问题来源和工作者的职责行动七个方面总结出“共创成长路”计划学校社会工作实务模式。
