氢气流量、扫描速度和色谱棒活度影响样品的分析结果及重复性。选择分析条件是成败的关键。氢气流量(L)值选用180ml/min,扫描速度30s/次,并控制环境湿度与温度保持色谱棒活性的稳定,以及针对不同类型的原油选取不同的校对因子值,结果表明相对偏差均低于10%,证实TLC-FID棒色谱分析的可行性。将此技术应用于塔中四号构造油藏的有机地化描述,发现了储层内的富沥青层(推测是古油水旱面的遗迹),并准确地确定了该油藏的现今油水界面。
Hydrogen flow rate, scan speed and chromatographic rod activity affect sample analysis and reproducibility. Select the analysis of conditions is the key to success. Hydrogen flow (L) value of 180ml / min, scanning speed of 30s / time, and control the ambient humidity and temperature to maintain the stability of the activity of the chromatography rod, and for different types of crude oil selected different calibration factor values, the results showed that the relative deviation were lower than 10%, confirming the feasibility of TLC-FID rod chromatography. Applying this technique to the organic geochemical description of Tazhong No.4 tectonic reservoir, we found the rich bitumen in the reservoir (presumed to be the relic of the paleo-water surface) and accurately identified the present oil-water interface.
