本文介绍了微处理机控制的中规模集成电路测试系统的软件设计思想,着重介绍了在测试程序的通用性、节约内存和提高测试速度方面所做的努力。主要是: 一、设计了一种直观的,使用较为方便的表格,更换测试品种时,用户只需按产品技术要求进行填写。二、建立了比较紧凑的测试数据的内部结构。三、编写了数据转换程序,由计算机将用户填写的测试表格转换为内部测试数据。
This article introduces the software design idea of a microprocessor-controlled mid-scale integrated circuit test system, highlighting the efforts made in testing program versatility, saving memory and improving test speed. Mainly: First, the design of an intuitive, more convenient to use the form, the replacement test varieties, the user only need to fill in the product technical requirements. Second, to establish a more compact test data of the internal structure. Third, the preparation of a data conversion program, the computer will be filled out by the user test form conversion to internal test data.
