本试验采用西藏著名野生花卉蓝玉簪龙胆茎段为组织培养材料,通过多次试验后确定:蓝玉簪龙胆的启动培养中适宜的培养基为;MS+NAA0.5(mg/1,激素单位下同)+BA0.5-1.0,每茎段平均分化形成4.2个芽;诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基为MS+BA0.5+NAA0.5-1.0;生根阶段的适宜培养基为1/2MS+BA0.1+IBA0.5。该技术为蓝玉簪龙胆在组培条件下大量繁殖幼苗提供了条件,也为有效保护和科学利用蓝玉簪龙胆资源提供了条件。
In this experiment, the famous wild flowers of blue jade hairpin gentian stem segments of Tibet as the tissue culture material, determined by several tests: the appropriate culture medium for the start-up culture of Gentiana macrophylla; MS + NAA0.5 (mg / 1, hormone unit Same) + BA0.5-1.0, averagely differentiated into 4.2 buds per stem; suitable culture medium for inducing callus was MS + BA0.5 + NAA0.5-1.0; suitable medium for rooting stage was 1 / 2MS + BA0.1 + IBA0.5. The technology provided the conditions for large numbers of young seedlings to grow and breed under conditions of tissue culture, and provided conditions for effectively protecting and scientifically utilizing gentian resources.
