能量损失谱仪是近几年发展起来的一种新的元素分析仪(1)。它的主要优点是能够有效地分析轻元素。这一优点是能谱仪和波谱仪所不能比拟的。到目前为止,利用该仪器对固体样品进行元素分析还很少见。本文利用能量损失谱仪对矿物样品进行了B,C,N元素测定,得到了比较理想的结果。试验仪器是日本产H—800透射电镜所附带的能量损失谱仪,其型号为H—8020。光路原理示于图1。
Energy loss spectrometer is a new elemental analyzer developed in recent years (1). Its main advantage is the ability to efficiently analyze light elements. This advantage is incomparable with the spectrometer and the spectrometer. So far, elemental analysis of solid samples using this instrument is rare. In this paper, the energy loss spectrometer was used to measure B, C, N elements in mineral samples, and the ideal results were obtained. The test instrument is an energy loss spectrometer attached to a H-800 transmission electron microscope made in Japan. Its model number is H-8020. The optical principle is shown in Figure 1.
