In order to promote the commercialization and international trade of irradiated food, the Atomic Energy Agency of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences held the commercialization of irradiated food in the Asia-Pacific region in Beijing from June 3 to June 10, 1995, with the commission and funding from the International Cooperation Department under the State Science and Technology Commission Training class. Participants in the training are Thailand, Hungary, Peru, Indonesia and several provinces and cities engaged in food irradiation technology workers.
