氯诺昔康是一种新型非甾体抗炎镇痛药,具有镇痛作用强、胃肠道副作用少、不抑制呼吸等特点,已广泛应用于术后镇痛.近来已有文献报道了其超前镇痛的临床应用.但用它行超前镇痛对术后静脉镇痛效果的报道甚少.我们观察了氯诺昔康超前镇痛对骨科手术术后镇痛的效果,现报道如下.
