随着我国人均可支配收入的提高,国民的生活条件有了大幅改善,最直观的感受就是从当初的棚户区到普通住宅,再到高档园区,居民的居住条件得到了极大改善。除此之外,在商用建筑中,大型商业广场、工业开发区、大学城等项目的出现也标志着我国建筑业进入了高速发展期,尽管如此建筑管理方面的问题也逐渐显露。本文试图在查阅相关文献的基础上,对建筑管理现存问题进行归纳总结,并提出一些整改建议和解决方案。
With the improvement of per capita disposable income in our country, the living conditions of the citizens have been greatly improved. The most intuitive feeling is that from the original shantytowns to ordinary residential quarters to the high-end industrial parks, the living conditions of the residents have been greatly improved. In addition, in the commercial buildings, the appearance of large-scale commercial plazas, industrial development zones and university towns also marked the rapid development of China’s construction industry. However, the problems of building management gradually revealed. This paper attempts to review the relevant literature on the basis of the existing problems of building management are summarized, and put forward some suggestions and solutions for rectification.
