目的:探讨负压引流技术在软组织缺损中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析626例不同软组织缺损应用负压引流技术治疗的资料,早期创面清创后置入负压封闭引流(VSD)敷料覆盖封闭持续负压引流,控制创面感染,对于深部软组织良好、表面肉芽组织新鲜的创面,行全厚或中厚游离植皮,对于有骨、肌腱外露的创面行皮瓣转移修复。结果:VSD临时覆盖时间为无菌创面5~10 d,污染创面14~28 d,感染创面14~36 d;后期各种创面均可全部闭合。结论:采用负压引流技术治疗软组织缺损,有利于有效控制创面感染,促进创面愈合,为后期创面永久覆盖提供条件。
Objective: To explore the value of negative pressure drainage in soft tissue defect. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 626 cases of different soft tissue defects using negative pressure drainage technology data, the early wound debridement after negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) dressing covering closed continuous negative pressure drainage, wound infection control for deep soft tissue well, Surface granulation tissue fresh wounds, line full thickness or free skin graft, for bone, tendon exposed wound skin flap transfer repair. Results: The duration of VSD was 5 ~ 10 days for sterile wounds, 14 ~ 28 days for wounds and 14 ~ 36 days for wounds. All the wounds in the latter period could be closed completely. Conclusion: The treatment of soft tissue defect with negative pressure drainage technique is effective in controlling wound infection and promoting wound healing, providing the conditions for permanent wound covering in the later period.
