一、绪言本文的目的是以一次烧成系统为基本因素来阐述如何在陶瓷面砖检验部门实现机械化和自动化。显然,这里所表达的所有概念也适用于传统的二次烧成系统。我们将不去纠缠这些概念的意义,也不详细论述在这样一个工厂使用的自动化和机械的各个部分的情况,因为我们假设工厂的每个人都懂得自动化理论和技术,尽管他们可能并不熟悉这个学科,因而很难理解这些东西。另一方面,要进行那么彻底的讨论也需要化费更长的时间,涉及更广泛的领域,这是这里所不允许的。
I. INTRODUCTION The purpose of this paper is to explain how to realize mechanization and automation in the ceramic tile inspection department based on the primary firing system. Obviously, all the concepts expressed here apply to the traditional secondary firing system as well. We will not tangle with the meaning of these concepts nor discuss the details of the automation and mechanics used in such a factory because we assume that everyone at the factory understands automation theory and technology, although they may not be familiar with this Subjects, so difficult to understand these things. On the other hand, a more thorough discussion also takes longer to cover a wider area, which is not permitted here.
