目的制备薏苡仁油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物并对其加以鉴定。方法采用冷冻干燥法制备薏苡仁油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物。结果经薄层色谱、差示扫描量热分析等方法对包合物鉴定,表明薏苡仁油-羟丙基-β-环糊精已形成包合物。结论薏苡仁油脂经羟丙基-β-环糊精包合后溶解度可明显提高。
Objective To prepare and identify Incserin oil-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. Methods Coix seed oil-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by freeze-drying method. Results The inclusion complex was identified by TLC and DSC, which showed that the coix seed oil-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin had formed inclusion complex. Conclusions The solubility of coix seed oil with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin can be obviously increased.
