近年来,由于气管与支气管的创伤或结核需要采用气管支气管切除、修补及吻合术进行治疗者并不少见。此外,有关肺的生理学与麻醉学方面的研究亦需了解气管支气管树方面的测量资料。有关气管支气管树主要部分的测量,一般教科书中均有不同程度的记载,但多数纯系笼统的统计数字而缺乏系统的分析。最近,国外Jesseph、Merendino等氏对气管支气管树主要部分进行了比较详细的测量与分析;但国内至今尚无这方面的资料报导。为此,本文针对国人气管支气管树的主要部分进行了测量与分析,以便为祖国解剖学、实验形态研究及临床应用提供参考资料。
In recent years, it has not been uncommon for tracheobronchial trauma or tuberculosis to be treated by tracheobronchotomy, repair and anastomosis. In addition, studies on the physiology and anesthesiology of the lungs require knowledge of tracheobronchial tree measurements. The main part of the tracheobronchial tree measurements, textbooks generally have different levels of records, but most are purely systematic general statistics and lack of systematic analysis. Recently, foreign Jesseph, Merendino et al. Conducted a more detailed measurement and analysis of the main part of the tracheobronchial tree; but so far no data reported in this regard. For this reason, this article surveys and analyzes the main part of Chinese tracheal bronchial tree in order to provide references for the anatomy, experimental morphology and clinical application of the motherland.
