目的鉴于目前国内尚未有成文的肺炎支原体实验室生物危害分析材料,本研究对肺炎支原体实验室操作进行风险分析,为实验室生物安全防护工作提供依据。方法本文从病原学特征、流行病学特点、实验活动潜在的危害以及实验人员的相关风险等方面对肺炎支原体实验室进行风险识别。结果清楚认识肺炎支原体实验室生物安全方面的风险有利于实验室人员采取有效的防护措施保证自身安全,并杜绝感染性物质传播至实验室外。结论了解肺炎支原体实验活动中的风险是采取针对性防范措施的前提,对保护实验室工作人员的安全具有十分重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE In view of the fact that there is no documented bioassay for Mycoplasma pneumoniae laboratory in our country, this study analyzed the risk of Mycoplasma pneumoniae laboratory operation and provided the basis for laboratory bio-safety protection. Methods In this paper, risk identification of Mycoplasma pneumoniae laboratory was conducted from the aspects of etiology, epidemiological characteristics, potential hazards of experimental activities and related risks of laboratory personnel. Results Clear understanding of the risk of Mycoplasma pneumoniae laboratory biosafety is conducive to laboratory personnel to take effective protective measures to ensure their own safety and prevent the spread of infectious substances to the laboratory. Conclusion Understanding the risk in mycoplasma pneumoniae experimental activity is the prerequisite to take targeted precautionary measures and is of great significance to the safety of laboratory staff.
